Imort SVG#162

I would like to have support for importing regular SVG files. Right now the svg file is imported as an image without the hotspots automaticly created based on layers and shapes. (This does happen when importing from Figma, Sketch and XD)

This would be very useful for me since I design in Affinity Designer, then have to convert this to Figma and then have to convert it to Overflow. I do understand that there will be some issues with converting. For example Figma does not correctly import shadows from affinity designer.
