Pinned comments#136

Feature request: ability to move position of pinned comment in a published flow. Sometimes I leave a comment on an element of the screen, but a design update causes the position of that element to move elsewhere on the page. Now my comment is orphaned, and I can’t move it - I have to delete it and create a new comment.
